Preparation
Any seafoods of your choice of crab meat 100 g./an egg/ 0.5 onion, sliced/ 1 stalk celery, chopped/ 2 tablespoons of oil/ 4 tablespoons of water.
Cooking Directions
1. Mix egg with Yellow Curry Stir-Fry Sauce.
2. Heat oil, stir-fry onion till cooked. Carefully and crab meat.
3. Add mixed egg, water, Yellow Curry Powder, celery and stir-fry over heat. Turn off the heat.
